The Platform explicitly prohibits the use of its chat, sentiment voting, or any other feature to artificially inflate or deflate the perceived value of any cryptocurrency, coordinate buying or selling activity, spread knowingly false information to influence token prices, or create a false impression of community sentiment.
YAP Hub operates as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Article 6 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation 2022/2065) and the EU e-Commerce Directive.

If you operate a website that embeds the YAP Hub Widget ("Integrating Platform"), you agree that:
User Content: All messages and content posted by users remain the intellectual property of the respective user. By posting content, users grant YAP Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and process such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Platform Content: The YAP Hub platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of YAP Hub. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Content Removal: Messages automatically expire after 24 hours. YAP Hub reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.
